Services
One partner across your technology journey
Six practices, bought separately and working together. Each one starts with an assessment of what you already have — because the most common finding is that the problem is not where the business thought it was.
How we work
Before you read the list
Advisory firms are difficult to compare, because every proposal reads the same until the work starts. These are the three things about ours that are worth checking against anyone else you are speaking to.
-
We look before we propose
Nothing is quoted from a conversation. We read what exists, talk to the people using it daily, and come back with a written position — including the parts you will not enjoy reading.
-
Stages with a decision at the end of each
Engagements are broken into stages with a stopping point after every one. You can end it at any of them, and what has been produced up to that point is yours.
-
Bought separately, not as a programme
The six practices are not a bundle and there is no advantage to us in selling you more than one. Most engagements start in a single practice and grow into others only when the operating picture makes the case.
The practices
Six practices
Each page sets out the situation the practice addresses, how an engagement runs, what you end up holding, and where it is the wrong answer.

Not sure which of these you need?
That is what the assessment is for, and it is the honest answer to the question. We look at your systems and operations first, then tell you where the value actually is — which is regularly not where you expected, and occasionally not in anything we sell.
